Hara-kiri: death of a samurai (Release date: 2011 May 19) is a Japanese 3D samurai movie. This movie is directed by Takashi Miike’s and produced by Jeremy Thomas and Toshiaki Nakazawa. This movie is remake of 1962 movie Masaki Kobayashi’s; it’s premiered at the Cannes Film Festival 2011 as a first samurai 3D film. In opening scene of this movie Tsukumo Hanshiro’s clan in 1935 has lost its status and perform seppuku in the quadrangle of the castle of lord LI. In this movie climax before accepting death Hanshiro says that a warrior’s honor is not something just worn for show. Omodaka, Kawabe and Matsuzaki all commit seppuku out of shame and the other seppuku player reassemble the suit of Armor.
